OLYMPUS 3D LASER SCANNING MICROSCOPE

Built for material engineering research and analysis, our OLS5100 laser microscope combines exceptional measurement accuracy and optical performance with smart tools. We can precisely measure shape and surface roughness at the submicron level quickly and efficiently. This allows us to obtain highly reliable data.

ZEISS CONTACT PROFILOMETER

The Zeiss contact profilometer offers a high performing pickup. With an extended measurement range from 800 to 1,000 μm and a Z-axis minimum resolution of 0.0001 μm, this allows for wide-range, high resolution, skid-less measurements. This profilometer allows to evaluate surface roughness and waviness on either flat, undulating, or round surfaces.

This system allows us to provide standard comparable data with the industry.
